How much storage does each plan include?
Storage depends on the plan: FREE: 50GB storage; BASIC: 200GB storage; PRO: 500GB storage; ADVANCED: 1TB storage.
Which plans let me sell my galleries?
Selling galleries to clients is available on: FREE, BASIC, PRO, and ADVANCED. Connect your Stripe account once and get paid across all your paid galleries.
What fee does Ftens charge on photo sales?
The platform fee on each sale depends on your plan: FREE: 10%; BASIC: 5%; PRO: 0%; ADVANCED: 0%. It is withheld automatically on each sale. Payments are processed by Stripe, which applies its own processing fees.
What are guest uploads via QR?
They let event guests upload their photos to your gallery with a QR code or link, and you approve them before they are published. Available on: PRO and ADVANCED.
Can I use my own domain and have a portfolio website?
Custom domains are available on: PRO and ADVANCED. The personal portfolio website is available on: PRO and ADVANCED.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves you money compared to paying monthly (up to 20% depending on the plan).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly) at any time from your account dashboard.
